2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
4oz Cranberry Juice
2oz Rose Water
1oz Lime Juice
One scoop Plant-Based Collagen
1mL liquid B-12
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
4-8oz Water, as needed
